Chairman and CEO of the Board of Directors, Mr. Chirayu Amin Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited's chairman, Mr. Chirayu Amin, has been essential to the company's expansion. While maintaining the company's tradition, Mr. Amin has guided it through the evolving demands of contemporary business. of addition to serving as Chairman of the Alembic Group's enterprises, he is a trustee of our charity trust's schools and hospital. Mr. Amin is an MBA graduate.

The Managing Director, Mr. Pranav Amin Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited's managing director and head of its foreign business division is Mr. Pranav Amin. In 2016, he became a Managing Director after joining the company. an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, USA, and a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, USA, with a degree in Economics and Industrial Management. Being an excellent people leader, he guides the company via participation, empowerment, and independence.

Managing Director Mr. Shaunak Amin Mr. Shaunak Amin received his degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, USA. He has a wide range of professional experience working with well-known international corporations, such as Merril Lynch and Shanghai and Hong Kong Banking Corporation. Our company has profited from his vast sales and marketing knowledge.

Mr. Raj Kumar Baheti, CFO and Director of Finance Mr. R. K. Baheti is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate in commerce. With extensive and varied expertise in finance, accounting, taxation, and management, he is also a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Mr. Ashok Barat, Director Independent In addition to being a CPA, Australia, Mr. Ashok Barat is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has held senior executive roles in several Indian and multinational companies, both domestically and internationally. He started his career with Hindustan Lever Limited and went on to work for them, RPG Group, Pepsi, Electrolux, Telstra, and Heinz (now Kraft Heinz), among other companies, in increasingly responsible roles. As the Managing Director of Forbes & Company Limited, he retired in 2016. He serves on the boards of numerous additional businesses. He frequently speaks at open forums and is very interested in providing startup coaching. Mr. Ashok Barat now serves as a member of the Managing Committee of ASSOCHAM and was previously the President of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Council of EU Chambers of Commerce in India. He holds a Certified Mediator accreditation from the Indian government's Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
