Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cell Culture Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in cell culture techniques and a strong background in monoclonal antibody production. You will play a crucial role in our research and development projects, contributing to the growth and success of our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cell culture maintenance and cell line development.

Execute monoclonal antibody production protocols. Conduct cell-based assays and experiments.

Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the laboratory

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or a related field.

2-3 years of hands-on experience in cell culture and monoclonal antibody production.

Proficiency in aseptic techniques and cell line maintenance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
