Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to oversee and manage clinical trials in compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for improving patient care through meticulous data management and trial coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials, from initiation to close-out.

- Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants, ensuring informed consent is obtained.

- Collect, record, and maintain accurate patient data and study documentation.

- Monitor participant progress and ensure compliance with study protocols.

- Prepare and submit required regulatory documents, including IRB submissions.

Liaise with investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and trial management.

Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory guidelines.

- Assist in the preparation of study-related documents and reports.

- Conduct regular monitoring visits and prepare for audits and inspections.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, such as Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a coordinator role.

- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems.
